At Pamper Nail Gallery, we want you to love your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom press-on sets and opened liquids are final sale to ensure the safety and quality of our collection.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact, and include a printout of your authorization email.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gallery team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
